Concara is a small, lovingly restored stone cottage, ideal for a couple seeking peace and beauty immersed in nature.
Spread over two floors, the house offers a quiet, sunlit bedroom upstairs.while the ground floor features a cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen set in a charming glass veranda overlooking the garden.
The living room is intimate and welcoming, with a small sofa that can be converted into a bed if needed. The kitchen, bathed in light and surrounded by greenery, is the perfect place to cook while enjoying views of the lawn, olive trees, and the vegetable garden.
Outside, a well-tended lawn opens in front of the veranda, framed by dry-stone walls, fruit trees, and aromatic plants.
A short walk from the house takes you to the shared swimming pool, nestled among the Cabernet Franc terraces, with four sun loungers and a Balinese daybed shaded by wisteria.
