Dolinetta
Dolinetta is a single-level stone house converted from an old stable, combining rustic charm with characterful details. The two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and shower, are located on opposite sides of the living area.
At the heart of the house is an open-plan space where the marble-topped kitchen blends with the lounge, furnished with two comfortable sofas. Large glass doors open onto the garden, creating a bright, airy space in continuity with the outdoors.
Outside, a pergola shaded by vines offers a garden table and outdoor seating - a lovely spot for breakfast, reading in the peaceful greenery, or evening barbecues with friends.
In front of the house you will find a lawn with views of our main vineyard, surrounded by oak woodland. A strip of Mediterranean scrub separates Dolinetta from the neighbouring house, preserving the privacy of the outdoor space.
A short walk from the house takes you to the shared swimming pool, nestled among the Cabernet Franc terraces, with four sun loungers and a Balinese daybed shaded by wisteria.

There are two bedrooms, each with their ensuite bathroom. One double, a second double that can be arranged as two singles.
Garden and Pool
Dolinetta sits in the centre of the karst plain, overlooking the main vineyard. It shares the garden with Dolina house and is only few steps away from the shared pool.
