La Piana
This rustic stone and masonry house has been carefully restored and overlooks the edge of a small vineyard-planted clearing.
All on one level, the house accommodates up to four guests in two bedrooms. Glass openings create a connection between the indoor spaces, the garden, and the vine-shaded pergola, allowing for a natural flow between inside and out.
The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining space, and a lounge corner with a sofa and wood-burning stove. The two bedrooms are simply and warmly furnished, each with its own bathroom and direct access to the garden.
Outside, a pergola shaded by vines and reeds shelters a dining table, perfect for open-air meals with views of the large plum tree (with a hammock hanging from its branches) and the vineyard surrounded by woods.
A short walk from the house takes you to the shared swimming pool, nestled among the Cabernet Franc terraces, with four sun loungers and a Balinese daybed shaded by wisteria.
