Organic Rosé - Syrah, Massaretta and Merlot - 12.5% Vol
On harvest night, about 20% of the must is moved to a separate stainless steel tank with minimal skin contact to limit colour. Margottino rests for 3 months in stainless steel and is usually bottled at the end of March, together with the previous year’s Margot Terrazze.
Contains added sulphites.
