Organic Rosé - Syrah, Massaretta and Merlot - 12.0% Vol - Liguria di Levante IGT

2025 harvest will be bottled and be ready to be sold in April 2026. We expect 2,200 hand numbered bottles.

We separate a softly press the skins immediately after the harvest and we move it to a separate steel tank with minimal skin contact to limit colour. Margottino rests for 3 months in steel and is usually bottled at the end of March, together with the previous year’s Margot Terrazze.

Contains added sulphites.
